I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional care and attention shown to my elderly parents during our stay at the hotel. the staff went above and beyond to ensure their comfort and cater to their needs, which truly exceeded my high expectations. the soundproofed rooms provided a peaceful environment for a good night's rest, while the well-equipped kitchen with free toiletries and cookware made it convenient for us to prepare meals. the electric kettle in the room added a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV and carpeted floor created a cozy atmosphere. Overall, the attention to detail and thoughtful amenities at the hotel made our stay unforgettable and truly surpassed any previous hotel experience we've had.
